The Davis Tech Marketplace is not a sales channel. It is an opportunity for clients of the Kaysville Utah SBDC (B2B and B2C) to show their products, services, and how they benefit customers.

Participating on our virtual marketplace does not constitute an endoresement, guarantee, warranty, or recommendation by Davis Technical College, the Business Resource Cetner, Kaysville Utah SBDC, the SBA and any of the employees of these organizations, and we make no representations or warranties about any products or services on the marketplace.

Please acknowledge the following, which is required for inclusion in the Marketplace:

  • I acknowledge that I am the owner/decision-maker for the business I am listing with the Davis Tech Business Resource Center Marketplace and that I have full responsibility for the actions of my employees and representatives, including the delivery of products, services and all aspects of customer service.
  • I understand that failure to have full responsibility for delivering the products and services we sell, as well as the Customer Experience, whether by me, an employee (whether W-2 or 1099) or a representative, my listing can be removed.
  • I understand that feedback from customers, suppliers, resource providers and others that indicate I have violated the terms of our agreement together and the trust that Davis Tech BRC, SBDC, and any other partnering organizations have placed in my company, my listing will be removed.
  • I understand that if I fail to remain an active client of the SBDC my listing could be removed.
  • I acknowledge that participation in this marketplace is at my sole discretion and I agree to abide by all of the requirements that may now or in the future apply to companies listed herein.
  • I acknowledge that my business is not a party to any transactions involving you or any of your staff or benefiting them personally.
  • I acknowledge that I have the necessary liability insurance to cover any claims against my company and my employees and representatives.

  • I understand that my agreement to list my business in this marketplace is AT MY SOLE RISK AND IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND FROM DAVIS TECH, THE BRC, SBDC, SBA OR ANY OF THEIR PARTNERING ORGANIZATIONS AND EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DAVIS TECH, THE BRC, SBDC, SBA OR ANY OF THEIR PARTNERING ORGANIZATIONS AND EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN MY BUSINESS AND OTHER MERCHANTS OR CUSTOMERS AND FOR ANY INFORMATION APPEARING ON THIS LISTING, LINKS PROVIDED IN THIS LISTING TO ANY WEBSITES, AND ANY OTHER LINKS FROM OUR WEBSITE.
  • VIOLATING THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT OR FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS OR ANYONE YOU SHOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THAT YOU HAVE NOT FULFILLED THE TERMS OF YOUR AGREEMENT WITH THEM, YOUR LISTING CAN BE REMOVED SOLELY AT THE DISCRETION OF DAVIS TECH BRC AND SBDC.
